Position Overview

Bridges executive program management and technical execution; manages cross-disciplinary architecture, engineering, security, migration, and operational dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert agency objectives into technical work packages, release plans, migration waves, architecture decisions, and engineering backlogs.
  • Facilitate architecture review boards, design workshops, technical decision logs, and operational readiness reviews.
  • Coordinate dependencies between applications, infrastructure, identity, network, data, cybersecurity, and cloud-platform teams.
  • Lead readiness assessments for cloud migrations, production releases, hybrid integrations, and new platform launches.
  • Validate that engineering teams meet defined technical acceptance criteria before deployment or cutover.
  • Support agency leadership with technical briefings, option analyses, risk assessments, cost impacts, and recommended courses of action.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise IT, cloud engineering, systems integration, or modernization delivery; 4+ years in technical leadership; working knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP, hybrid connectivity, cloud governance, DevSecOps, and migration methodologies. PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or cloud architecture credential preferred.
