While providing enterprise level architectural and engineering support for these organizations, it was during this time that Jermaine discovered that many of the decisions that were being made regarding the support for clients did not take under consideration, the scope of the clients’ actual needs or include a complete understanding of what was best for the client(s)’ business as opposed to the business of the service provider. As a result, Jermaine, embarked on a journey to fulfill this void by creating a company that would commit to understanding their clients’ goals and work tirelessly with helping them achieve their goals.
